Q. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When first starting your project planning, we will meet virtually or in person to get as much information as possible in order to meet your needs and give you an accurate estimate. We will then send you a proposal and a plan to get started!
Q. What should I think about when asking about a remodel?
Be as curious as you want! Ask all the questions about everything related to your project. We want to make sure you feel comfortable with whatever you want to remodel!
Q. How long will my remodel take?
Every remodeling service is different. With a good work plan and an established schedule, your remodeling project should be able to be done within a given timeline.
Q. How can I give my space a new look without completely remodeling it?
You can refresh your space with a fresh paint job or even new flooring, no major remodeling needed!
Q. If I do decide to completely remodel my space, what decisions are involved in this?
Take in consideration that a big project may need you to be out of the house for the majority of the renovation, but that will give you the opportunity to surprise yourself when you see the progress of your project!
Q. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of the prices are based on the market value but for sure are more accessible compared to going for big name companies. We try to make sure we give you the best quality within your budget.

Absolutely! Every project is done with a schedule in mind, adjusting to the accessibility of materials.

We have well over 15 years of experience in the flooring trade. Be confident that if you have a flooring need we can provide the best quality of work on any floor covering goods!
Q. What flooring products do you use?
We use a very vast variety of products, and it always depends on your flooring needs or budget.
Q. How do I know what flooring option is going tot be the best fit for my home?
We can easily determine that based on your subfloor but pretty much any floor covering is suitable. There are only a few exceptions like moisture or shapes of the areas that you are working on.
Q. What is luxury flooring?
It's referred as LVP (luxury vinyl plank) or LVT (luxury vinyl tile). It can be floating or glued down depending it's intended application.
Q. What are the signs that I need my flooring replaced?
Conditions vary When you have experience a flood is a must so you don't have any mold growing underneath. When your carpet is old and dirty you continuously develop allergies. It is recommended to change it or install a hard surface flooring for better results.
Q. Why is it important to hire a professional flooring contractor?
A contractor will walk you through the process and give you the best recommendation for your flooring job.
Q. Can I leave my home while your painting crew works?
Yes, but not mandatory.
Q. How do you determine the amount you will charge for my painting project?
The dimensions always are a good indicator the amount of prep and the quantity of trims. The variation of paint colors are also a factor when planning for your painting service.
Q. What should I look for when hiring a painter?
It should include a breakdown of labor, material costs, the number of coats of primer and paint, the brand and model of materials, and a detailed description of the amount of surface preparation that will be done. Be sure to check references and past work.
